What “sale or sharing” means here
Tantreak Design LLC does not sell personal information for money. When advertising cookies are on, tools such as the Meta Pixel, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight Tag receive online identifiers, page activity and conversion events so we can measure our ads and reach similar businesses. Some US state laws, including California’s, treat this as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Using the button above stops it from this browser.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser. You do not need to do anything else, and the signal overrides any earlier acceptance of advertising cookies.
Information we already hold
The settings above control cookies and tags in this browser. To opt out of the use of information we already hold about you, such as Brand Audit answers or an enquiry, or to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of it, email info@tantreakdesign.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or use the Data Deletion page. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extending once by up to 45 more days where the law allows and we tell you why.
Verification and authorised agents
We verify requests to access, correct or delete information by matching details you give us with our records, usually your email address. An opt-out of sale or sharing does not need verification. You can use an authorised agent; we may ask the agent for signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity directly.
No discrimination and appeals
We will not deny services, charge different prices or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. The Brand Audit, reports and booking work with every optional cookie turned off. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will answer within 45 days and explain how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree.
Other regions
Visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland and most other countries are asked before any optional cookie is used and can change their mind at any time through the cookie icon.
