About this offer

This is a promotional commercial offer from Tantreak Design LLC for its Creative Team service. It is designed primarily for businesses and professional clients. Your signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement continues to govern the wider engagement. If a signed agreement expressly changes this offer, the signed wording applies.

Eligibility

• The trial and guarantee are available to new Creative Team clients, subject to team capacity and project fit.
• One trial and one guarantee are available per business, group of related companies or substantially identical project.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with another introductory discount unless agreed in writing.
• We may decline work that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, infringing or outside our professional capability.

7-day free trial

• The trial begins on the kickoff date agreed in writing and runs for seven consecutive calendar days.
• The trial includes onboarding, an initial brand and creative review, a starter direction and one mutually agreed sample task within up to four hours of production time.
• One round of consolidated feedback is included for the sample task.
• There is no Creative Team subscription fee during the trial and the service does not automatically convert into a paid plan. A paid engagement starts only after written acceptance.
• You pay only third-party costs that you approve in writing before we incur them, such as specific stock, font, music or footage licences.
• Trial output is provided for evaluation. Source files, usage rights and commercial publication rights transfer only when a paid engagement begins or a separate licence is agreed in writing.
• You must provide the brief, assets, access and consolidated feedback reasonably required for the trial. Client delays do not automatically extend the seven-day period, but both parties may reschedule or extend it in writing.

15-day money-back guarantee

• The guarantee applies once, to the Creative Team service fee for your first paid engagement.
• The 15-day period begins on the paid service start date stated in your proposal or written kickoff confirmation.
• To request a refund, email info@tantreakdesign.com before the period ends and identify the business and engagement. You may share a reason to help us improve, but a reason is not required.
• We refund the eligible Creative Team service fee paid for that first period. Clearly itemised third-party costs that you approved in advance are not refundable.
• After a refund, Creative Team work stops. Drafts, concepts and deliverables covered by the refund may not be published, distributed, adapted or used commercially, and their intellectual property remains with Tantreak Design LLC.
• The guarantee does not apply to renewals, later billing periods, add-on work, unpaid invoices, material client breach or work already approved for publication and used commercially.
• An offer to correct an issue is optional and does not remove your right to submit a valid request within the 15-day period.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, where available, within 10 business days after we confirm eligibility and receive any details reasonably required to process the payment.

Our responsibilities

Use reasonable professional care, protect confidential information, communicate material delays, follow the agreed scope and use appropriately licensed third-party assets. Creative and marketing work can improve clarity and execution, but no specific sales, reach, engagement or financial result is guaranteed.

Mandatory rights remain protected

This trial and guarantee add to any mandatory rights that apply to you. They do not exclude, limit or replace statutory remedies that cannot legally be waived. Consumer rights, where they apply, remain unaffected.
